Description

This is an introductory course in Ayurveda that will be primarily in asynchronous format, with a few one-on-one online sessions. This will enable students to study the course at their own pace.

The course will be covering the fundamentals of Ayurveda along with basics of preventative health in ayurveda. During the course, there will be discussions on how Ayurveda is different from Western Medicine and how the basics of research in Ayurveda are/can be planned.

There will be assignments related to the subject and can have an excellent learning experience.

The course duration will be of 50 hours and will be distributed over 12 modules.
